BRONCO ONE CARD

Undergraduate Students

As a new undergraduate student, there is no additional charge for your first Bronco One Card. The cost is covered by your Orientation Fees. Please follow the steps below to obtain your Bronco One Card.

1. Submit your photo

    • Submit a self-taken photo against a plain white background. (Photo/Government ID submission button below)

2.  Upload a picture of your government-issued ID*

    • Take a photo of your valid government ID.
    • Valid government IDs includes: Driver's License, State Identification Card, Consulate ID, Passport Card, or Passport. (For Passport, please take a photo of the top and bottom of the Passport. Passport must be signed under signature of bearer.)
      Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates and High School IDs are not valid forms of government IDs.

3. Wait for your photo to be reviewed

    • Upon submission of your photo, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be reviewed and approved.  You will receive an email with the next steps once your upload is processed.

4. Pick up Bronco Card

    • Bronco One Cards will be available for pick up at the Bronco One Card Office located inside Bronco Bookstore (upstairs) at 3801 Temple Avenue, Building #66. You will receive a notification that your card is ready for pick up by email.

 

For more information, contact broncoaccess@cpp.edu and include your Bronco One Card ID number as well as your campus affiliation (e.g. Undergraduate Student) in all communications. DO NOT email your government-issued photo identification.

*Government-issued photo identification can be a driver's license, state identification card, military ID, passport, etc.

The cost of a first-time undergraduate student’s initial Bronco Card is covered in the Orientation fee**.

**Replacement for a Bronco Card requires an additional fee.
