An individual who is not a member of the Cal Poly Pomona community but is affiliated with the University in a way that provides value to the University or meets a business or academic requirement can be sponsored as an affiliate to obtain access to Cal Poly Pomona information technology (IT) services and resources (which may include a Bronco One Card ). The process for submitting a sponsored affiliate request is detailed on this CPP IT Knowledge Base article. Unfortunately, we cannot issue Bronco One Card s to non-campus individuals until a sponsored affiliate request is processed and approved by campus authorities.
The Bronco One Card office only issues cards, not access. Access to labs, buildings, and doors is the responsibility of those individual departments that maintain the facilities. If you have checked with the facility's managers and are still having issues contact broncoaccess@cpp.edu.
