BRONCO ONE CARD

Graduate & Credential Students

If you are a first-time graduate or credential student and this is your first Bronco One Card, the fee is $7.00. If you previously had a Bronco One Card before becoming a graduate or credential student, your Bronco One Card request will be considered a replacement. The fee for replacement Bronco One Cards is $15.00. Please follow the steps below to obtain your Bronco One Card.

1.  Upload your Photo

    • Submit a self-taken photo against a plain white background. (Photo/Government ID submission button below)

2.  Once you receive the photo submission approval email, come to Bookstore second floor to pay the first time fee

    • First-time graduate or credential student.
      Pay the $7.00 fee for a Bronco One Card at the Bronco One Card Office
    • Previously had a Bronco One Card and became a graduate or credential student.
      Pay the $15.00 fee for replacement Bronco One Cards at the Bronco One Card Office

 

3.  Upload a picture of your government-issued ID**

    • Take a photo of your valid government ID.
    • Valid government IDs includes: Driver's License, State Identification Card, Consulate ID, Passport Card, or Passport. (For Passport, please take a photo of the top and bottom of the Passport. Passport must be signed under signature of bearer.)
      Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates and High School IDs are not valid forms of government IDs.

4. Wait for your photo to be reviewed

    • Upon submission of your photo, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be reviewed and approved.  You will receive an email with the next steps once your upload is processed

5. Once your photo has been approved, email broncoaccess@cpp.edu to request your Bronco One Card

Please include the following in your email:

    • Copy of receipt ($7.00 for the first card; $15.00 for replacement)
    • Bronco One Card Number
    • Campus affiliation

6. Pick up your Bronco One Card

    • Bronco One Cards will be available for pickup at the Bronco One Card office located inside Bronco Bookstore (upstairs) at 3801 Temple Avenue, Building #66. You will receive a notification that your card is ready for pick up by email.

 

For more information, contact broncoaccess@cpp.edu and include your Bronco ID number as well as your campus affiliation (e.g. Undergraduate Student) in all communications. DO NOT email your government-issued photo identification.

 

*Clover Network,  is the official Cal Poly Pomona Foundation Payment solution. Online payments are made through BroncoBookstore.com.
