BRONCO BUCKS | FAQ

The Bronco One Card is the official identification card for Cal Poly Pomona and provides access to various CPP services, including access to your Bronco Bucks account.

Bronco Bucks is a declining balance account that functions much like a regular debit card. You (or parents) simply deposit money into your Bronco Bucks account using the Bronco One Card Management Portal, so you can make on-campus purchases with your Bronco One Card. Bronco Bucks virtually eliminates the need to carry cash on campus.

No, students will automatically be registered with access to the Bronco One Card Management Portal.

Here, you will have access to:

• View your account balances and transaction history.
• View recent account activity
• Create low balance warnings
• Set up automatic deposits
• Deposit to your Bronco Bucks account using your credit card or bank account.
• Deactivate a lost ID card
• Create guest access

You will need to invite parents and other guests to the portal if they will be managing funds on your behalf.

The Bronco One Card Management Portal is PCI compliant and provides safe mobile and web transactions.

Anyone issued a Bronco One Card can open a Bronco Bucks account.

As soon as you are issued your Bronco One Card, you can open your Bronco Bucks account.

There are no sign-up fees to open your Bronco Bucks account nor are there any transaction fees when you use your card.

Visit the Bronco One Card Portal to display your Virtual ID, view your meal plan account, view your transaction history, report a lost or stolen card, buy Bronco Bucks and more.

To begin using this service, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Bronco One Card portal https://BroncoOneCard.com/ss
2. Choose Student & Staff Login
3. Log in using your two step authentication if prompted
