Use of the Bronco One Card for Bronco Bucks signifies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Cardholder Responsibilities:
The cardholder is responsible for observing the transaction amount charged to his/her account at the time of sale.
The cardholder is responsible for monitoring his/her own account balance.
The card-holder is responsible for reporting lost or stolen cards either by logging on to the Bronco One Card Management Portal and placing the card on ‘lost’ or notifying the Bronco One Card office*.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made by check within 30 business days from the day of refund request. A $10.00 or 2% of balance processing fee (whichever is greater) will be charged for a refund of unused and unrestricted** bronco bucks. Meal plans purchased as part of a housing agreement are generally nonrefundable and subject to the terms and conditions of your Housing Agreement.
The account holder acknowledges that this service is being offered for their convenience; therefore, it is their obligation to request the return of any unused funds in writing via email to the Bronco One Card office at broncoaccess@cpp.edu
Card Inactivity:
A Bronco card with no activity for 2 years will be deemed inactive and can be charged $2.00 per month until a refund is requested or the account reaches $0.
