Photo Guidelines
The Bronco One Card can be used to make purchases, access buildings, and many other campus services. Find out more below.
- You may only upload .jpg, .png or .gif images.
- This picture is for identification purposes. The picture must clearly identify you (and only you) in the photo.
- You must look straight-forward, in full-face view directly facing the camera, with a neutral facial expression and both eyes open (No side profiles. No poses, hand gestures, or props are allowed).
- The photo must be taken in front of a plain white background (Please avoid textured walls or doors as the background).
- Taken in clothing that you normally wear daily.
- Hats or head coverings that obscure the hair or hairline are not allowed unless worn daily for a religious purpose.
- Your face must be fully visible, and the head covering (nor garments or jewelry of any kind) may not cast any shadows on your face.
- Sunglasses, headphones, wireless hands-free devices, or similar items are not allowed.
- If you normally wear glasses, a hearing device, or similar articles, they may be worn in the photo.
- Dark glasses or glasses with tinted lenses are not allowed.
- Ensure the photo is cropped from slightly above your head to the middle of your chest (similar to a Passport or Identification photo).
- Borders or filters are not allowed on the photo.
- There should be a definite contrast between you and the background.
- The photograph must be in color.
- Please avoid red eye or flash reflection from glasses or contact lenses.
