BRONCO ONE CARD
Lost, Stolen, and Replacement Bronco One Cards
Report your card as lost by logging in to your Bronco One Card Management Portal account. This immediately removes all spending privileges from the card. If you find your card, you may release the lost hold by reporting it as found.
Lost or stolen cards should also be reported to the Bronco One Card Office inside Bronco Bookstore (Upstairs) at (909) 869-3195.
The fee for replacement Bronco Cards is $15.00.
Two options to pay the replacement card fee.
Option 1: Online
- Pay the $15.00 replacement fee online using our GoEmerchant* payment portal.

Option 2: Visit the Bronco One Card Office

- Visit the Bronco One Card office located in building 66, inside Bronco Bookstore (Upstairs)
- Pay the $15.00 replacement fee in person
- Get your Bronco Card the same day
The Bronco One Card office will verify that you are an active or eligible student at the University and if you have a photo uploaded in the new system. If you do not have a photo in the new system, you will be notified to upload a photo and your government-issued ID.
*The Clover Network, is the official Cal Poly Pomona Foundation Payment solution. Online payments are made through GoEmerchant
